"Parking is paid .. finding a parking spot is not guaranteed .. I asked the front desk about overflow parking .. she stated it is very far away and no shuttles .. so "

"It rained the only time we had access to the pool but others were enjoying it when we arrived late in the afternoon. Area was clean. Staff was friendly& helpful. Main issues: glad we were on the 2nd floor as we used the stairs often. Left on Sunday (same time as many others, 11am) &EVERY time the elevator speed on our floor it was full (3 times). So I gave up and left via stairs. Breakfast was better than some places I've stayed but I expected more (no bagels or coffee lids) after reading reviews. They seemed either short handed or new staff in that dept. I appreciated how the staff handled issues, respectful & with grace (another guest made a couple messes accidentally)."

"Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were dirty (spots all over mirror, dirty carpets), bathtub would not drain while showering, and telephone jack was disconnected and would not plug back in. I left the property early. "

"No real workspace. The place is bare bones. A bed, bathroom and TV is all you get. Looks like a lot of drug activity was going on. Lookouts in the parking lot. I even saw somebody throwing a small drug package from upstairs onto the ground outside. Place didn't feel especially safe at night. Would be nice to have a security person in the area."
