"Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The night we checked in, they had no parking spots available so we had to pay for parking at a public parking lot a few blocks away. Room was fine, met our needs while we stayed in San Antonio, location was great to the Riverwalk and Alamo. "

"This hotel is run down, there is no housekeeping and the ice machine is always broken. Breakfast is terrible and the morning we checked out, there was police in the parking lot because several cars were vandalized. It is a great location but I will not be staying there again. "

"The beds were SO uncomfortable! You couldn’t move or turn over without the entire bed shaking & we’re a thin family, so size has nothing to do with it. The AC vent rattled constantly so we had to stuff cardboard into it to keep it from making noise. The bathtub filled with water every time we showered. The room also only came with 3 lamps of which only 2 worked so lighting was bad at night. We also had an Alamo view window right over the Crockett Tavern… so between sidewalk goers & the music/patrons from the Crockett Tavern it was hard to get rest. Front desk staff member Eduardo was very nice at check in but he needs more help as it took almost 25 minutes for us to receive extra towels. The location was great but I’d rather spend more money for a better overall experience. Unfortunately we won’t be staying again. "
