Menger Hotel
The room was OK, the elevator on my side of the hotel was not working, so I had to walk a really long way and go up to the 5th floor and walk down to the 4th to my room. Also, there was no toilet paper in my room and I had to request it. Then there was no body wash and I had to call 4 times to get ...

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
It was a beautiful area. If you don't have a car, it has limited eating or shopping. If you have issues with walking or medical issues getting around would be difficult. Everyone was kind and helpful. Great staff.

The stay and the breakfast was excellent. The only complaint I have is that jacuzzi was cold, not warm at all. But overall our stay was excellent.
