"The worst hotel u can ever find.
1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM.
2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated.
3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking.
4) Money gone as there was no way of refund.
5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay

"Need renovation, many cockroaches. Rooms look dull and old since it is an old building. However, the staffs and very nice, very helpful and they did their best to meet our demands.

"Not that comfy in staying. Lot of mosquitoes in the room with no mosquito repellent. Linen not at all good. Towel supplied is of ages and with holes. Linen and towels to be replaced. No restaurant attached. With a small pantry like thing supplied coffee only in the morning and one item of breakfast (Upma) supplied.
Stayed in Treebo hotels earlier, the last being in Coimbatore. But this one in Chennai is no good.

"NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL (as they advertised) !!!
Average Hotel. Very near to Omni bus stand and Vegetable market.
Service and maintenance is not up to the standard. Price is bit more to the standard and quality. No restaurant within the hotel."
