"This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. They dis provide a small fan. Now the worst thing was the breakfast buffet. I initially had purchased for both mornings but after trying it the first day, I got a refund for the second day. I don’t even want to describe their food. I think eating a frozen burrito from a gas station would be better. "

"This was our first stop in South Korea, and we found the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and in a great location, with it being walkable to the train station, market, shops and food options."

"The room was amazing and the staff were great. The language barrier between myself and the staff wasn’t too bad. They do have laundry service but it’s a bit expensive but convenient, none the less. Highly recommended "
