We were given the wrong room which was smaller than the one we booked. It was resolved after 1hr, probably because it was so busy as it was around 4pm around checking time. What a pleasant surprise! My stay was very comfortable, relaxing and all around wonderful. Also, the room service was OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend the hotel to visitors and tourists and I look forward to a future stay!
