"Nice hotel with definitely beautiful views. Friendly stuffs, nice restaurants. The only thing I would complain is the bathroom is too small for a 5 stars hotel. And it smells like bad sewer or something. P.s no public transportation, you can only take a taxi."

"Booked this for two days whilst visiting my brother, sis-in-law and new nephew, to give them some relaxation and something a little special. "For biz purpose, if your area is in Seoul, ok except one thing that you need to stay suits for free sauna. Honestly I didn’t like it. If your purpose is tour, not a bad choice to stay in Novotel. I say it is 4 out of 5 because the service is above the average but not extra ordinary."
