"We had a nice two night stay in a clean comfortable room. Quick basic breakfast on site with a quick walk to the subway to get downtown without the hassle of bringing a vehicle downtown. Not our first visit to Monte Carlo and we will definitely be back."

"Booked this hotel which, when we arrived, was new, clean & in a good location. The reason why I am giving a 1-star is because, even though I booked my reservation in advance, there was no room available upon our arrival. The hotel did make accommodations for us at another hotel; however, it was 11 minutes away in an older hotel with a terrible bed. No offer to provide a partial refund, or any other accommodations."

"No elevator.. don’t understand how a hotel has no elevator, especially one so close to the airport, knowing most who stay here are travelling through with luggage. Stayed here for one night. The lady at front desk thankfully put me in a room on first floor so there were no stairs. The room was dark and run down, and shower pressure was almost non existent. The shuttle was nice (runs every 15 minutes, make arrangements) but I ended up at 45 zone to wait, then upon calling told to go to 13 which was all the way on the other end. They should be clearer about pick up zones for people before arrival."

"I chose Hilton Hotels & Resorts expecting a certain standard, especially after arriving from a 16-hour flight, but unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition from the moment I entered. The bathroom floors were visibly dirty, and the hotel overall felt very dated. The window seals were worn out, allowing cold air to enter the room which was especially uncomfortable given that it was 3°C outside. To make matters worse, the heater was not functioning properly. At around 2:00 AM, the heater began making a loud, disruptive noise, making it impossible to sleep. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that assistance wasn’t available at that hour, which I can understand to some extent however, there was no attempt to offer a room change or any alternative solution. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, particularly for a brand like Hilton. I was left extremely uncomfortable and disappointed."
