"This hotel has a great modern vibe as you enter. Overall it is clean and welcoming. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The room overall was clean and comfortable. Nothing elaborate. We actually had to change rooms at 8pm due to very loud nocturnal activities coming from an adjoining room. The staff was very accommodating in this request and found another room right away. The second room had a strong odour that was not present in our first room, but we did not complain and we could tolerate it. The breakfast was included and was nice enough for a basic hotel stay. I would stay here again. Hotel was close driving distance to some businesses and shopping, and the Heartland Centre area."

"Here’s a polished version of your hotel review that keeps your voice but reads smoothly and clearly: --- Great breakfast selection with plenty of options — fruit, hard‑boiled eggs, yogurt, omelets, sausages, bread, bagels, and fresh waffles. Coffee, juice, and tea were also available. There was lots of parking, which was helpful because the area didn’t feel very walkable. Having a car or using Uber seems necessary. The hotel also has a vending machine with water, pop, and snacks. Staff were really kind, and the room was spacious and clean."
