"The room and hotel itself was beautiful but the lack of regulation was frustrating. My stay was 4 days total with a break of one day in between. I had exams so I was unable to use the amenities in the hotel. By the time I came on Thursday the hotel was packed with children. These kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone on deck not having a care in the world which prevented others from enjoying the pool. When complaining to the reception she essentially told me that the hotel staff have asked them to stop splashing but they wouldn’t so there was nothing that could be done. If the signs that include the rules of the pool state no splashing there should be repercussions for not following them including asking them to leave the pool if they can’t stop. For the price I paid for those 4 days I will now be going to TRU by Hilton which is half the price and down the street plus the price includes breakfast"

"Located in an accessible area to major roadways, grocery stores, banking, atms, restaurants, public transportation etc. Check in was fast & efficient by friendly staff. The room was comfortable, updated and all amenities were working fine. The wifi was good. Bed was comfortable and fresh. Breakfast was predictable with limited choices but the food was fresh every morning. This hotel is a good place to stay and I would highly recommended it and would stay there again."
