Room was not clean, and hadn’t been cleaned for a while, empty drinks bottle on the counter, piles of hair in some corners. We went back down to reception without unpacking and they did move us to another room straight away. Disappointed to find it this way.

I booked this as I was getting in to Toronto very late and decided to go into town in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff were welcoming. The property was clean and modern. Rooms were very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast - next time! I would definitely stay again as this was an excellent value.
