"Absolutely have to visit Kimberly at the Library Bar!! You will never find another Bay Street sandwich anywhere as good as here (roast beef au jus sandwich)!! The staff are very accommodating and a true pleasure. Shopping is amazing as you can get to the Eaton Center underground. The CN tower for dinner is amazing and a nice experience. Will return soon!!"

"The room was fairly clean. It was a luxury suite, but it had water damage and there was some kind of red splatter all over one side of the wall. The shower wasn’t easy to use and the elevators take forever! "

"Our phone in our room did not work, we told 3 different staff members but they did not seem to care. Not a huge deal, but we were wanting to order room service and we did not have the QR code in our room like they said we would. When asked if they have the QR code they said they don't have an extra one. Because our phone didn't work we had to go down every time we had a questions, like just wanting utensils. "
