"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. The conditions were unacceptable—there were used condoms left in the room, and the bathroom was visibly dirty. The level of cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard, especially for a place that presents itself well online. To make matters worse, my child became sick during our stay, which forced us to leave early. Despite this, I was still charged for a room I did not even book, and management refused to waive any of the fees. This lack of accountability and customer care only added to an already terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What was advertised online is completely misleading compared to the reality. This was by far one of the worst stays I have ever had."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff at the desk was INCREDIBLY hospitable, warm, and professional. Looking forward to a future stay. Also very close to a GO train stop, close to both Toronto area airports. Parking was plentiful. HUGE bathrooms, huge tub. Incredible water pressure."
