"If you like to walk this is the place to be, if not the local train transportation was at the corner (about 3 buildings away). The staff was friendly and informative of the area. It has underground parking available."

"Lovely hotel and well worth the money. Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the front desk staff who were amazing. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the shower was a treat in the mornings. Pool area was relaxing and comfortable and spotless. Don't be fooled by the somewhat brutalist exterior of the hotel - it really is a great place to stay, ideally located about 5 mins walk to the subway and the Eaton Centre. Hop on Hop off bus stops close by and most of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the hotel. Didn't use the in house dining facilities as there are plenty of places nearby, although slightly disappointed that some of the in house hospitality areas were closed when we were there but overall it didn't affect our stay that much. Will definitely be back next time we visit Toronto."

"We were here for a conference and stayed 6 nights. The room was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with anything. The staff was professional and friendly. They were able to answer any questions. The Chuck's at this location is also amazing. Good food, great service. My daughter and her friends were there daily and raved about everyone We're recommending this location to anyone who asks for next year's conference as it was only 2 hotels over (walking distance) and saved us on costs "

"The room's beds were too small double beds that can't fit 2 people in it."

"Delta always delivers a good guest experience. My only issue was that the enamel was coming off the tub making it look very dirty. Other than that, great service from front desk staff and restaurant staff"
