"The pool was great except for the lighting after sun down. Didn’t feel too comfortable to swim alone with just the scones lit. The floor around the pool area could use a facelift, the pool floor looked like they ran out of paint. More lounge chairs would make the area look more up dated instead of rundown. Parking wasn’t sufficient during an event at hotel, again didn’t feel comfortable to park far or in the garage after hours. Unfortunately, we have to pay for parking! Doesn’t exactly make you feel welcomed to stay. "

"The hotel is in the heart of downtown toronto so there are plenty of things and amenities to explore. One issue I have had was the toilet in the morning does not refill water in its own tank (plumbing issue?) so once you flush, that's that. "

"The pictures and description were widely misleading. It claimed to be "luxury", but it was far from it. It looked like a university shared housing unit. Sparsely and cheaply furnished, paint chipping off the walls, the bathroom has never seen a renovation. It was clean but showed little effort. Mostly, it was the dishonesty of the posting that caused such disappointment. And the cost did not reflect the experience. I would not recommend. "

"The property was nice. My room has really loud AC unit that would turn on and off constantly. Also no blackout curtains so my room was lit up much earlier than I wanted "
