I was actually relocated to The Crown Plaza Hotel for my stay, possible due to an overbooking, which was perfectly acceptable. The night auditing agent on duty at the Hilton provided clear and professional assistance on where I could get my shuttle to the relocated hotel which was only an additional 5 minutes shuttle ride away. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you, Hilton and The Crown Plaza.

I booked this hotel for a quick stop as myself and family had a long layover on our way down South. When we landed in Toronto I called to ask about the shuttle only to be informed that we had been switched to another hotel because there was a large group extending their stay at the Hampton. The new hotel did not have the room configuration I requested (2 beds and a pull out couch). We ended up with 1 double bed and a pull out couch for a more expensive price. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Shuttle service was good, quick and on time.

I did not stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport. I was moved to a different hotel that was farther away from the airport. I had no notice of this move until I phoned for the shuttle. I had to phone for the shuttle multiple times after a late night arrival with my two children (I had noted to the hotel when I booked that we would be a late arrival). There was no cot in the room, as I had originally requested and paid for. Overall, I would not book this hotel again.

Asked for garbage to be changed as it is a tiny can and fills up quickly and more towels. Only got towels. Had to go down to front desk and ask for a garbage bag so I could empty it myself and also ask for more toilet paper as we started our stay with barely any toilet paper. We asked to use the laundry facilities and they said they would call our room when it was available and they never called us. Will not be back.

The pool was cool; not heated at all. Even after I said something, I was told they just out fresh water so it will take some time heat up. It was colder the next day. They have a gym. Didn't use it but it looked great. Despite the pool issue, breakfast though was AMAZING! OMG! Can't talk enough about breakfast. The staff was wonderful. Only complaint was that we stayed 4 nights and received housekeeping services once despite informing the houskeeper on the floor. The remote in the room only half worked; certain buttons didnt work at all. Informed the staff at the front desk upon checkout and they compensated 2 days of parking (very nice of them 👍). Overall, would I stay here again or recommend it. Absolutely. They just need to heat that damn pool and ensure housekeeping comes daily. A smart tv would be nice so guest can watch Netflix and other apps 😊.
