"We were only there for a short time, checking in at 1:30 a.m.. Although the room was adequate and clean, the property in general needs a serious update. Hall carpets and elevator needed vacumning and cleaning. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was cold. This property served as a place to lay our heads for a few hours, but would not recommend any lengthy stay."

"I chose the Quality Inn Toronto Airport based on the reviews and overall rating on Hotels.com, and I was genuinely surprised by how poor the experience was. The hotel is run down, shabby, and clearly not well maintained. The photos online do not reflect the current condition of the property. There is no elevator, and reaching the second floor requires going up and down multiple sets of stairs, which is inconvenient if you have luggage. The building itself feels very dated and in need of significant upkeep. The cleanliness also raised concerns. We found cherry pits on the floor in our room, which makes you question how thoroughly it had been cleaned. The check-in experience was fine but uninspired — the staff member seemed to simply be going through the motions. Fortunately, we were only there for a short overnight stay and spent less than 10 hours in the room. That said, for the price we paid, I would have chosen almost anywhere else had I known the true condition of the hotel."
