"New hotel. Very fresh and modernized. Excellent location. Very comfortable. Needed help figuring out thermostat (need printed instructions), overnight parking was $33 including HST. Personally disappointed it's a cashless establishment. It's presumptuous and almost feels like ageism in a new world way. I understand it may result in less theft if no cash on premise.... No breakfast included like The Hampton beside it. Would I return, if under $200 per night all in...probably if nothing similar with breakfast included was available or competitive. 24 hour /day shuttle service to airport and pick up with is nice. (Please don't start charging)"

"This was my third stay over the years - the room looked tired, the bed was clean and the mattress comfortable, the bathroom had a clean sink and toilet but all walls and the door had soap stains and weren’t cleaned in an eternity. The former hall where the breakfast takes place looked terrible with a cheap dividing wall and the breakfast was bare and changed. "
