The room was comfortable and quiet, despite being very near the main desk. Unfortunately, arriving late at night, tired from travel, it was dismaying to be told our reservation could not be fulfilled as booked. We had reserved a room with two beds and were offered a single king. A double room was found in the end, but soon after we were settled, we received a call from the front desk that we would have to change rooms. The desk staff were pleasant and obviously trying their best, but the whole process was disheartening.
Both rooms had bedside tables with a visible layer of dust, and the same standard of clean seemed to apply to the bathroom - clean around, but not under the furniture.
The only breakfast option on site was an overpriced, mediocre buffet. I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews, but I usually expect more from the Sheraton brand.
