Great staff, great service at their Lounge/restaurant facilities. Transportation to and from the airport was available 24hrs which was convenient for my early flight.

The room was comfortable and quiet, despite being very near the main desk. Unfortunately, arriving late at night, tired from travel, it was dismaying to be told our reservation could not be fulfilled as booked. We had reserved a room with two beds and were offered a single king. A double room was found in the end, but soon after we were settled, we received a call from the front desk that we would have to change rooms. The desk staff were pleasant and obviously trying their best, but the whole process was disheartening. Both rooms had bedside tables with a visible layer of dust, and the same standard of clean seemed to apply to the bathroom - clean around, but not under the furniture. The only breakfast option on site was an overpriced, mediocre buffet. I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews, but I usually expect more from the Sheraton brand.

My friend and I stayed here to attend a convention at the Toronto Congress Center down the road. It's an extremely convenient location as it is a short drive straight down the road. Our room came with free parking included as a perk, which was great because it is usually $28/day according to the sign. The property is extremely clean and large. We were not expecting our room to be as big as it was for what we paid, but we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel shares a parking lot/building with another hotel, so we were kind of confused when we showed up, but just keep that in mind and you'll be fine! The staff were very kind and extremely polite during the check-in and check-out process. We were woken up one day by housekeeping going around the floor, but that is a fault of the thinness of walls rather than the staff themselves doing their job. We were not able to hear other rooms, but we could hear what was going on in the hallway. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and would consider staying here again next year for the same convention!

Attentive and responsive staff. Updated style/decor but older amenities. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor opening their blinds or having conversations. Bring food or plan on ordering food if you’re not interested in eating at the restaurant.

When I arrived in my room there was a strong cigarette smell. I called and altered the front desk, and they said they couldn’t move me as they were full, and brought someone up to freshen the room. I thought they attempted to handle my situation quickly, however the smell is enough that I won’t be back. My eyes are red and throat is sore from allergies to smoke.
