"We absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast was great, the kids loved the pool, and the hotel overall exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and very well laid out. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family of five. Having a kitchen was a great bonus. While we didn't end up using it as much as we expected this time, it will definitely come in handy on a future visit. The facilities were excellent, and the location was ideal. It was close to the venue we were visiting, conveniently located near the outlet mall, and just a short drive to Wonderland. We also found it to be a great central location for accessing Toronto and the surrounding area. If we're staying in Vaughan again, this hotel will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!"

"We came to stay at this hotel because my wife was having surgery the next morning. We can’t really comment on the facility too much because we literally came in at 8 PM. Went to sleep quickly. I went down to have a coffee and then we left. But what I could say was the place is clean. It’s a little bit worn. We had a huge ceiling crack over our bed and we set our air-conditioning to 15.5 Celsius it was running all night but never really cool. The room at all that was a major downfall because we both didn’t really get much sleep . The hallway was very warm like the heat was on extremely high and I don’t know if that had something to do with why the air-conditioning wasn’t really working that well. Other than that the breakfast was OK there was a good assortment of protein carbs they even had hot oatmeal, which is something my wife and I both really like."

"The room was very clean however, the sheets and the pillows had a horrible odor. It smelled like dirt like body odor. I think they were embedded in the actual pillows, so it was hard to want to lay my head on it. The air conditioner had a hum that sounded like an airplane engine in the room all night long it would turn off and on, but when it did turned on, it was incredibly difficult to sleep. They did send someone up to look at it, but the person thought that it sounded fine to them. Some of the electrical outlets were not working. I had an electrical outlet by my bed where I wanted to plug in my cell phone and of course it did not work. They did have a usb port to plug in my phone however, my it was very outdated and unusable. Overall, the stay was OK, but I did find those things very annoying."
