"We recently stayed in the area for a hockey tournament. We had to stay another night due to the hazardous weather in the area. I was happy that the hotel had a room for us. Thank you for keeping us safe! I would return when in the area in the future. "

"I want to take the time to bring to the attention the amazing front staff that had to deal with the most ignorant entitled and abusive people during the power outage. They were being spoken down to and treated like garbage and maintained composure. I’d like to say I did the same. I stay here a lot for business and this hotel is probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. These ladies deserve a round of applause for entitled hockey moms who didn’t care to watch their children and turned the hotel into a gym where they cared very little about anyone else. These ladies deserve a raise, a day off and an award for how cool they were when surrounded by individuals w no social graces. You are all stars. "

"Staff are amazing. Shout out to Jessica! Who is outstanding at her job. I was well taken care by her at dinner and breakfast. She is a gem! Check in went smoothly and the clerk said she had been expecting me. She was helpful when I reported no hot water and the bathroom outlet malfunction. Was offered a room change but on account of the late hour, I declined. I did receive a meal voucher which I used for breakfast. "

"The staff were unbelievable!! Each of them so friendly, compassionate, and hard working!! This was a medical stay for us and they were so helpful and caring to us. The breakfast blew my mind! On a cold winter morning it was exactly what i needed! We also traveled with our 6 month old pup for the first time and his experience was super fantastic! I love that there is no carpeting in the room, the ground floor outter door to make in and out for pee breaks a breeze, and the other dogs he had a chance to socialize with also staying there. Lots of space to walk for a pee break too and a 24 hr animal hospital right beside in case you ever need it. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Worth every penny and then some!!"
