They were being spoken down to and treated like garbage and maintained composure. I’d like to say I did the same. I stay here a lot for business and this hotel is probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. These ladies deserve a round of applause for entitled hockey moms who didn’t care to watch their children and turned the hotel into a gym where they cared very little about anyone else. These ladies deserve a raise, a day off and an award for how cool they were when surrounded by individuals w no social graces. You are all stars. "
