"What a beautiful hotel completely took me by surprise. I wanted to stay close to the hospital. This was the closest was the main reason for picking it, but I would definitely stay here again for any other reason. Lovely bar downstairs staff are very friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a 5*"

"We enjoy our stay. This is the second time we have used this location in NewMarket. We were disappointed that the restaurant was close during our stay and unfortunately the hotel staff didn't inform us of this change. On the hotel webstie it noted the hours it would be open but no information of closure was posted. "

"The staff were unbelievable!! Each of them so friendly, compassionate, and hard working!! This was a medical stay for us and they were so helpful and caring to us. The breakfast blew my mind! On a cold winter morning it was exactly what i needed! We also traveled with our 6 month old pup for the first time and his experience was super fantastic! I love that there is no carpeting in the room, the ground floor outter door to make in and out for pee breaks a breeze, and the other dogs he had a chance to socialize with also staying there. Lots of space to walk for a pee break too and a 24 hr animal hospital right beside in case you ever need it. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Worth every penny and then some!!"
