"This was our first time staying with Sonesta, and we chose it for the in-room kitchen, which we really value. The location was very convenient and easy to find right off the highway. Upon arrival, everything seemed great at first. However, we noticed some cleanliness concerns in the kitchen (crumbs in cupboards and on surfaces). When we found items left in the nightstand drawer, it became clear the room hadn’t been fully inspected. We brought this to the front desk, and the staff handled it very professionally. They apologized, acknowledged the issue, and immediately offered us a new room. While the new room didn’t have a king bed, it had a separate bedroom and was much quieter, which we appreciated. The kitchen was useful overall, though a frying pan would have been helpful. The dishwasher was a bit difficult to figure out. Breakfast had a good variety (fruit, pastries, breads), though some items were underwhelming. The pancakes were good once the machine was working. Overall, we had a positive experience. The staff’s responsiveness and willingness to make things right really stood out. We would consider staying with Sonesta again."

"One of the worst experiences I've ever had. After check in, we left to hang out with friends and came back at midnight while my little child was sleeping on my wife arm and couldn't enter the room as fob was deactivated!! Going to reception to fix it and there were no response why it was happened!!! Just say sorry would not resolve the inconvenience they made while my wife was sitting on the floor with my son waiting to solve it!! Furthermore, breakfast was included but to have an egg! for my son there was a fee! That 8 $ is nothing for me but will mark a spot in my mind to never come back"

"My experience here was good. The most important thing is the room was nice. What I would want and expect in a nice hotel. Clean and well appointed. The front desk staff were also nice and helpful. So overall, very good."
