"The Hotel is ok in General but the free Breakfast is complete trash..... there only giving you coffee,oatmeal and bread if you want meat like bacon and eggs you have to pay extra its like $8 or $10 bucks i just went to the Breakfast spot at the end of that street they have to improve that because other hotels with free Breakfast give some sort of meat."

"Beautiful room and hotel , very clean and comfortable. However the rudeness of the staff doesn’t make it worth it to me. When you work in customer service you’d expect that you’d get good service. Also doesn’t make sense that you have to come down to get your breakfast voucher in the morning when they could just give it to you when you check in. Barely a breakfast either I’d call it a snack bar with four options. Very disappointing"

"I was really disappointed with my stay. The water pressure was so weak that I couldn’t take a proper shower. The AC barely worked and the room stayed around 78°F no matter how low I set it. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noises."

"It is a beautiful hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience extremely positive! My only disappointment was that our room did not come with a microwave. With a kitchenette as part of the suite, I assumed a microwave would be included! Otherwise, it was top-notch."

"Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all."
