"We stayed one night here in a 2 bedroom suite. It accommodated us well. The hotel was great and very clean. The pool was wonderful and warm enough for my 9 month old niece to enjoy. The continental breakfast had great options. BUT there was a kids sports team staying there which ruined our stay. The kids took over the hotel while the parents sat in the lobby not paying attention to them. Although there are signs posted in the gym that anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, these kids took over the gym making it unusable. They left towels and garbage all over the pool area. Although the court yard hours were until 10pm, they were out there well past that time making excessive noise that you could hear very clearly, even on the 5th floor with the windows closed. There were kids running up and down the hallways and stairs ways all evening, despite speaking to them 3 times asking them to stop and go back to their rooms. By 11:30 pm I called down to the front desk to complain as it kept waking up my niece and they said they would send someone up to deal with it. I never saw anyone come up. They were back at it yelling in the court yard at 6 am. The hotel overall was great, however the sports team made our stay beyond non enjoyable. From seeing other reviews (after our stay) for this hotel, this seems to be the norm here. If you enjoy a nice stay with peace and quiet, this probably isn't the hotel for you and I don't recommend booking."
