"This hotel is a gem. The staff were all lovely and super helpful; I had some issues checking in (which was totally my fault because I’d left my physical bank card at home some 3000 miles away) but they made sure to sort it out as efficiently as possible. The room was a good size with good storage space, a fridge and the TV had app access and the ability to cast from your device. I also liked that there were water dispensers on each floor so I could fill up my water bottle whenever I needed to for free. There were also usb a + c slots in the wall so even though I brought a Canadian plug with me, I didn’t need it :) The lobby is a nice space to hang out in (there are plug sockets dotted around here also) and the restaurant has some good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The pool and fitness centre are great. Breakfast at Reign was good (tad expensive but expected) and the server was great. Concierge provided multiple great restaurant recommendations. "

"We love staying here it is our third time. The deli close by across the street is excellent. Short walk to restaurants, Eaton Center etc - even in the coldest weather. Also there is a way to go underground to things but I didn't use it."
