"Property information was misrepresented in the description. Full Kitchen but no plates, cups, pots and pans, silverware provided. Towels were scratchy, beds very uncomfortable, shower pressure was nonexistent and there was no hot water in one of th bathrooms. No hangers for clothing and the clothing bar was broken. This experience was awful. We were booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first. "

"It was my first time staying here as my usual places were full. I was very impressed by how clean it was (I'm pretty picky about that), and the quality towels and bedding. Also really friendly staff. Internet was fast (I was here for work) and it was inexpensive to Uber to meetings downtown. Great deal considering how insanely expensive hotels are getting in Toronto. "
