"This is my third time using this hotel in Brampton, I truly enjoy staying there. The staff is excellent I’m very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food is excellent and so was Colette the waitress she’s an absolute gem.☺️"

"Pros: * spacious, clean room with a visually pleasant design * microwave available * comfortable pillows * functional lighting fixtures with charging ports * close to a Walmart * relatively close to a transit hub (subway station + buses) Cons: * breakfast is minimal: coffee, toast, pastries, oatmeal with water, and yogurt. A proper breakfast is available for an additional fee * the window curtain doesn’t fully close. If you need complete darkness, so bring a sleep mask."

"1st - the front desk manager refused to honour an included extra that was clearly marked on our reservation. 2nd - we got "upgraded" from a King bed room to a larger room - but it only had a Queen bed - despite clearly booking a King bed. 3rd - when I asked to be moved to a King bed room we were given a room that smelled like a homeless shelter."

"Clean room , clean hotel , friendly staff .breakfast was on the cold side , travel back and forth to train gets costly ( I thought it was free shuttle) not just day your flight comes and leaves . Snacks are stupid expensive at the hotel , i understand its a Hotel but come on $10 bucks for big bag of chips is robbery , nothing is within walking distance . The train getting to union station is a plus . Overall not bad but probably wouldn't stay again"

"First: It was unique in its treatment of guests. Demanded my Visa card on arrival for all incidentals, would put a $50.00 charge on it and then would refund me the diffrerence 10 -14 days later. I said No. It wasn't in any of the rental contracts. They were insistent....."No Visa, No stay here." I had to settle with giving them $50.00 cash and then getting it back the next morning upon check out. Second: The room has very poor lighting. They offer a Keurig coffee machine but you can't use is in situ because the lighting is so bad you can't see what your doing. I was glad to get the shuttle to the hotel. Do NOT stay there."

"Super convenient location if you’re flying in or out of Pearson. Hotel does offer a shuttle. Breakfast included was good. Hotel is needing a bit of an update but was in good shape for its time. Only thing to note, if you are travelling with lots of luggage or have a disability there is no elevator so request a room on the first floor."

"We had a great experience that very easily could have gone very bad. Our room we had booked was no longer available when we arrived. We got in at 2am from a flight with 3 young children, so heading out room wasn't available was hard. The lady at the desk was very kind and offered us 2 different options for different rooms at no extra charge and we received a complimentary breakfast for us all the next morning for our troubles. The next morning everyone was very tired and trying to get everyone showered before check out made it so that we weren't going to make it to breakfast after all. The manager called our room and arranged for our breakfast to be set aside to wait for us when we were ready. All staff were extremely kind and went out of their way for us. This was the best experience we've had with a hotel in a very long time!"

"Never realized I was booking such a low end budget hotel. Because I'm traveling with my pet I needed a pet friendly hotel. This hotel smelled so bad of urine, and the smell of old un-maintained conditions. There were ants in the kitchen and roach traps in the cupboards with a roach stuck on it. Cigarette butts all over the ground at one of the exit doors. Not sure if some people rent the rooms & live there, but it was awful. I even took pictures of it. I would have changed hotels but If I explained my whole day of traveling you would understand. Never again!!!!"
