"I recently stayed at Hotel X Toronto and was genuinely impressed by many aspects of the experience. The location is fantastic—easy to access with minimal traffic, which made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The facilities are top-tier, leaning heavily into the luxury category, and the views from the property are absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights was the bar on the high floor. It offered a stunning panoramic view of the city and lake, paired with excellent service and a refined atmosphere. Overall, the staff were attentive and professional, contributing to a welcoming and upscale vibe throughout the hotel. However, there were a couple of letdowns. I assumed parking was included, but was surprised with a daily charge that was only disclosed at checkout. That lack of transparency was disappointing and felt out of step with the otherwise polished experience. Additionally, the bathroom amenities could use a serious upgrade. They felt generic and underwhelming—more in line with a budget-tier Hyatt than a luxury property. The toilet paper, in particular, was shockingly low quality for a hotel of this caliber. In summary, Hotel X Toronto delivers on location, luxury, and service, but could improve its communication around fees and elevate its in-room amenities to match the rest of the experience."
