"Amazing! Staff were fantastic and accommodating, everything was beautiful, and we got a room with a CN Tower and lake view. Overall, best hotel I have ever stayed at - food was incredible, rooftop pool was incredible, experience was incredible, probably had the best sleep of my life. Cannot reccommend enough!"

"Everything is a 5-star except for the parking. It lacks detail instructions how to get to the P3 parking area. No single sign showing where it is once we reached P2. We spent about 30 minutes to find the way to get to P3. When we get there, it adds a misery to find the designated lot. Hopefully, the host can add detail instructions by guiding which turn we should take. FYI, although the host is responsive, it's useless to reach out as no signal for the mobile phone in the basement."
