"Clean room, comfortable bed but no duvet covers on duvet and poor sound insulation from next room meaning sleep was disrupted. They blamed it on giving me a connected room. They gave me a late check out to 6 as opposed to 11 to make up for this but I had raised these concerns earlier. Location is excellent! "

"The building is very unique as it is in an old bank. Overall, had a good stay. However, the room was quite warm as the air conditioning was not working properly. We weren’t offered a room switch. However, I was offered a credit for the next time I stay. But not sure when I will use it as I don’t go to Toronto that often."

The man told me when I checked in that I could have my car parked until the following day up until 8 PM but when I checked out this morning, the lady was going to charge me extra until I told her that I was told otherwise."
