"The window in my room didnt shut all the way. The bathtub did not drain and there were gross mildew stains all around the bathtub. The breakfast was the same everyday and the second day my daughter almost ate a moldy bagel. I would definitely not stay there again!. "

"We were disappointed that we booked rooms side by side so that we could help with our grandchildren and we even called the day before to confirm that we had side by side rooms and were told yes. "Glad it got updates recently. King suite with jacuzzi in bedroom is nice my baby and my husband really enjoy that after a day of skiing and snow tubing. Water pressure and hot water is great after a day in the snow. Will return again if we visit Barrie location again. . Except one staff member is a big of a grumpy face at the main counter. Since we check in and check out she was rude to her co worker. Other than that all the stuff smiled and was ll welcoming even when we walked in the halfway and wa children friendly to my baby. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night since our room was not available for 2 nights at the time of our online reservation. So we had to stay elsewhere in Barrie the next day. "
