"The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Collingwood and Blue Mountain Village and the Scandinavian Spa. there is plenty of parking . Both indoor and outdoor pools are very nice , may be a bit small. The surrounding areas around both pools were very clean. We had breakfast both days at the restaurant of the hotel and the food was good quality with good coffee and a very nice ambience. Staff is very helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist. Our room was nice and clean. AC was a bit too loud but works well. Bed was comfortable but I found the pillows being very hard and uneven , I ended up sleeping without it. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishes and cleaning supplies, which was perfect to keep some fruit and yogurt on hand. Shower room was very nice, roomy, clean but there was no place to place soap or shampoo , no soap holder available. I will definitely go back to the hotel and just bring my own pillow along."

"The hotel was simple, clean, and well-maintained. If you are looking for a hotel close to restaurants and shopping, but basic, this is it. There was a pool that seemed popular with the young ones."
