"Property is dated and well worn. The beds were comfortable. We were there for an evening as we passed through town. Didn't do the breakfast, but from what I saw when we were checking out at 9AM....it was chaotic. The breakfast area is extremely small, it was not handling the amount of guest traffic eating. Very congested. Overall, clean room, reasonable price. Staff were polite. "

"We were disappointed that we booked rooms side by side so that we could help with our grandchildren and we even called the day before to confirm that we had side by side rooms and were told yes. We arrived the following day and we were on different floors which made it very difficult to help out and made several trips up and down to our rooms. Not at all happy with this "

"The staff was fast and friendly, room was clean and nice. I just wish they had an elevator, even though only two stories, difficult for limitations of bad knees! I’d stay here again."

"Glad it got updates recently. King suite with jacuzzi in bedroom is nice my baby and my husband really enjoy that after a day of skiing and snow tubing. Water pressure and hot water is great after a day in the snow. Will return again if we visit Barrie location again. . Except one staff member is a big of a grumpy face at the main counter. Since we check in and check out she was rude to her co worker. Other than that all the stuff smiled and was ll welcoming even when we walked in the halfway and wa children friendly to my baby. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night since our room was not available for 2 nights at the time of our online reservation. So we had to stay elsewhere in Barrie the next day. "
