"The Spa was fantastic! Luis was also extremely helpful! My husband and I enjoyed the restaurants. The people upstairs were very loud. That was the only thing that was terrible. They seemed to stomp all day and all night. It was hard to sleep. "

"This was our fourth visit to the resort. We were initially hesitant to return since our previous experiences had been somewhat bland. However, this time was completely different — from the moment we arrived, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality. Samantha made our check-in seamless and even arranged for us to get our rooms earlier than expected. She was very thorough in explaining all our VIP perks. Tomas and Mauricio (Kukulcan), Eddy (Portofino), and Fabian (Akumal Buffet) went above and beyond to make Sofía's birthday extra special. We truly appreciate the kindness and attention they showed us. We also visited BPG Akumal and BPG Tulum, and each resort had its own unique charm. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the waterpark at BPG Coba, the beach at Akumal, and the pool at Tulum. The grounds were immaculate, the beach was beautiful, the pools and rooms were spotless, and the food and drinks were fantastic. We’re already looking forward to returning!"

"Everything was wonderful. Staff excellent! Typical buffet food for breakfast & lunch. Dinners were delicious. Be prepared to walk A LOT! We had premium (front of building facing the ocean) & we still walked 12,000+ steps per day. Resort is beautiful. Beach amazing. Pools huge! Fun for anyone any age. If you don’t enjoy this resort it’s your own fault. Take the trip! You won’t regret it."
