"The room was extremely small! Food was extraordinary expensive and not that good. Resort fee high to really use the pool and beach chairs with umbrella. Still enjoyed the wonderful San Juan local things!"

"Me and my husband went to Puerto Rico for the first to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and our stay at the La Concha did not disappoint! Everything about the facility was great, from check in to check out. They were doing some renovations to some of the common areas, like the adult only pool overlooking the ocean. That would've been great, but that didn't take a way from anything. The room was clean, grounds were clean, beach is absolutely beautiful, staff on the beach A+, food was good, location was prime."

"Customer service was great. However, the rooms need better soundproofing. I was unable to sleep because I could clearly hear the man in the room next to me snoring loudly. There was also hammering noise throughout the night, and I’m not sure if it was related to the airport, but it was disruptive. In addition, I could hear conversations from guests across the hall very clearly from inside my room. I eventually had to put on noise-canceling headphones just to get some sleep. My favorite part of the stay was the gym. It was absolutely beautiful and equipped with top-notch equipment."

"From check in to check out everything was perfect. Our room was ready early and they were conjoined as requested. Room staff were great with providing extra towels. Room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Pool music was great and swim up bar bartenders were great especially Efron. The lobby entertainment was on point. Overall an amazing experience!! Thank you, we will be back."

"The pool was huge and clean. Room was kept well and serviced daily. I was disappointed they did not offer any local fresh fruits only white people fruits were offered for breakfast- oranges, apples, honey dew that would have needed to be shipped into the island. Just weird"

"Our stay was great. There seemed to be some issues with the elevators at times but the property was beautiful and well maintained. Every staff member was so friendly and the location was great for little day trips if we wanted. We will definitely be back."
