"If I was to write all of the things that were more than wonderful throughout my trip and my stay here at Rio Del Mar it would end up to be a novel. That’s how many incredible things I could say about this resort. I’ve been to several places and generally like to stay high-end. This was better than anywhere else. HANDS DOWN. The staff was amazing and the service overall was impeccable. We utilized the valet parking and our attendant Ashley was absolutely terrific. I have never seen anyone work that hard in my life. We would barely be off of the elevator, and she was already literally running for our car. There was a little mishap as we left, and she truly single-handedly handled it without me having a worry. I can’t stress enough. How wonderful this experience was. And it’s so worth it to valet your car. I can’t stress enough, Ashley you are incredible."

"We wish we could’ve had more time! We had to relocate unexpectedly and chose the Hyatt Centric on very short notice. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made the transition so easy for our family of six, including our toddler. Even though we were only there for about 24 hours, we were able to enjoy the pool, Vivo Beach Club, and some of the great local restaurants and casinos nearby. The location was perfect, and after a stressful relocation, it was exactly what our family needed. We will absolutely be coming back—next time for a much longer stay!"
