"The room was nice but the toilet over flowed and yes they came with towels but nothing else.. the people were nice just not great."

"Stayed for two days to catch a show at the sphere. All of the staff were great, some of them were excellent like our bell guy Dean, who went above & beyond bringing our bags & extra waters to our room. Our room kinda smelled like farts when we checked in & he showed us how to open the window & where a balcony was if we needed more air. Said if the smell didn’t go away to ask to switch. The rooms are nicely decorated & clean & had a lot of space to unpack stuff. The beds and pillows weren’t really comfortable but since it was only two nights we toughed it out. Any longer & we would have asked to switch since the beds had bad dips. Almost all the restaurants/bars have drink/food specials which was nice to see since things get expensive quick in Vegas. Overall though, we had a great stay besides the fart smell & the uncomfortable bed/pillows."

"Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the breakfast room was small and crowded. We were hoping for some protein options and the only protein available was some eggs that looked fake. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere."

"The breakfast was ok. I didn’t realize it was next to I-11 so it was pretty loud at night. Something to be aware of. One thing I was frustrated with was I put hand towels on the floor due to them being dirty and they wouldn’t give me new towels and kept hanging the same dirty ones up again which was gross. "

"Had to move rooms because of how dirty it was and the room I was moved into has a broken shower. It was a nightmare."
