"We stayed at the Blossom Kyoto during a family trip and love it! It was conveniently located about 17 min walk away from Kyoto Station and a 24 hour grocery store. The hotel was clean and decorated to modern taste with a touch of Japanese traditional feel. Our room had two large twin sized beds next to each other which was equivalent to a Cal King in the U.S. We decided to explore restaurants in the area but the hotel also offers a restaurant in the first floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to the hotel."

"Updated older hotel, but very well kept hotel with good sized rooms. Buffet breakfast is excellent. There is a 7-11 across the street and restaurants and shops, including a supermarket (Fresco) all around the hotel. It is only a few blocks from two MRT lines. Staff were friendly and offered excellent service. "

I appreciated the evening free sake was a nice touch. You just asked the front desk for a coin. The front desk was very helpful. They helped with getting a taxi, making dinner reservations and much more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back. "
