This is our second stay at Forza, much like the first time, we enjoyed the convenience of this location, lovely amenities, free hot drinks and sake at the lobby, and excellent service with very helpful staff.

hotel was clean and staff was friendly. good coffee available for 24 hours at the lobby. also with free sake during happy hour. this hotel is located right at the shopping area. all you need to do is come out of the hotel. we enjoyed our stay!

Very good service. It is well located, easy access to public transportation. Very good breakfast. Internet goes slow at end of the day, area to be improved.

We loved the location of this hotel in relation to things to do and transportation in central Kyoto. The only things we didn’t love were the breakfast, which was a little pricey for what we were served, and the fact that laundry was not a free service. We had a couple of other stays with free laundry services, which will be something we look for in future stays.
