A lovely hotel. Great location with plenty of dining options within a short walk. Staff were very helpful and room was spacious and clean. A truly fantastic stay in Kyoto.

We loved this affordable hotel. Close to everything and clean and quiet. Only issue we had was with the entertainment on the TV - no Netflix or access to English movies or TV programs.

We had an excellent experience at the Cross Hotel Kyoto. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel was located very centrally but on a quiet street. The staff were extremely helpful especially the concierge who found us great places to dine and helped us with reservations. We will definitely stay again and also recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you!
