"We and another couple waited at airport at least 1.5 hrs for shuttle, and finally gave up and hired taxi. When we arrived, staff said there had been a police incident. Lobby furnishings were worn out, in poor repair. Key to room didn't work. Restaurant was filthy, smelled of old beer, mold and urine. Arrived at room only to find AC was as loud as a truck engine (no exaggeration) and smelled like a moldy swamp. Wanted to leave for somewhere else, but 10 pm so we were stuck for the night."
