"I’ve stayed at the Cairn many times and was always pleased. This time was a little disappointing. We were in a room furthest from reception and the WiFi was awful. We were also next to a fire door which was constantly slamming shut and the room was very small. Positives are the staff, cleanliness and ability to park. NB: We were in the main building, not the old Carlton. I’d still recommend the hotel and stay there again."
