Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Best accommodation At the entrance the manager i guess who is handeling front desk booking counter “Shree Mhatre” fantastic guy very polite nd corporative as well..

Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.

Absolutely worth the trip. Hotel was amazing

staff very friendly, room spotless and very comfortable the restraunt was excellent. the only thing that annoyed us was we had been advised to only use the black and yellow taxi cabs as they had meters in them. the doorman called us a cab from the front of the hotel, the driver at first was most helpful so much so that we booked him to take us to our coach when we left Mumbai, for some reason he then said he was unable to personally take us but would send a friend to pick us up, the friend...

Having stayed at this hotel for a number of years we have found no other hotel surpasses this in terms of personalised service and hospitality . When I read the negative reviews I actually wonder if its the same place . All hotels have issues ; if you have one bring it to their attention . Mr Arora is a very inter-active VC/GM and accords his personal attention to any concern . How many hotels can claim that ? Location is the best ; and the food is also good . Here you are never one of a crowd ....
