"The room had strong moldy smell & the bath tub was not filling properly due to knob not working. The guests were not allowed to bring any edible items even cookies or chips etc to the hotel room, thus kind of forcing them to buy food from hotel restaurant itself, which was very expensive. Other than that staff were friendly & helpful."

"The room was nice, a little out dated but clean. We got a partial sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and had some cook to order food items. The bar had a happy hour. However there was only one beer included in the offer, which was more expensive beer, Carlsburg Elephant. During our stay, there was a film being filmed on the roof terrace, where the pool was. We were not told about this, and our room was right below, so every night (6 nights) you could hear banging, people walking and loud music, sometimes into the early hours. We did not want to move as we had a lovey view. When we went to the pool the whole area had not been cleaned up from the film shoot, there was something in the jacuzzi so could not use that all week, there were no sun loungers so had to get some chairs to put by the pool, and no towels, so had to ask for these to be brought up. Not the service you expect. We were paying customers so expected to be able to use all facilities, and was disappointed that the pool and terrace area was not fully available to its guests. We chose the hotel for the pool and terrace where we could have a meal on, Having a film shoot on the roof spoilt our first experience in India,"

"Decent base to explore Mumbai from while being close to the airport for quick access to day trips. The area where the hotel is located is dirty and sketchy... Borderline slum, easily escaped by uber/taxi but don't expect any pleasant stroll. For a longer stay in Mumbai something more central is preferred over this property which is 20+min away from central and 30+ min from fort areas respectively."
