"I always stay at the Grand Hyatt when I visit Melbourne. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as I remembered it. The staff member who checked me in was dry I didn't get a nice welcome. He said Hello and then proceeded to check me in. I noticed the lady next to him checked in someone and asked about their day and their stay. "It is in a laneway so not the grand entranve style hotel, but only one street away from trams, pubs, coffee shops and food.
