Great location and easy access to all major attractions. We were there for the Australian Open so a lovely 20 minute walk to the venue. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We got there early so we’re able to leave our luggage and able to sightsee till check in.

There is no on site parking. The room seems to be cleaned in rush despite we arrived at 8pm. The attitude of the reception staff was below average, especially when we were checking out. Won't recommend if you are a person require high standard of service, but for casual stay it's fine.
Poor services. The staff is undertrained. The front desk threw out our Uber delivery cost about 170 dollars without any notice then claimed it is their ‘policy’ to do so. We actually informed the front desk that we are excepting a dinner delivery before heading out to the Phillip Island. The way that the staff handled this incident is even worse. We booked two rooms. One doesn’t have the body lotion. Another doesn’t have the shampoo and condition mini package.

After collecting my mobile number on checkin, I received 5 txt messages during my stay ‘just checking how things were going…’ I had to ask them to stop…
Friendly welcoming restaurant staff & good room service Front desk staff were too young & inexperienced. Kiera was very unhelpful & unpleasant when I mentioned the room clock had not been adjusted to daylight saving time resulting in missing a very important appointment that was the main reason of my stay.
