Good hotel.
I only stayed for one night in this hotel but the experience is very good. Rooms are large and clean. All amenities are provided include a full kitchenette, ironing board and washer dryer.
Location is good as it is near the docks. Check in is smooth and good.
Will definitely consider this hotel if I am staying in the city.

Checkin was bad could not get in until nearly 4pm after been told 2pm. Bedside cabinets are badly water maked with no varnish left should be replaced. There in a cupboard with shelves but cannot be used as blocked by bedside cabinet. Roon was clean and tidy

Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. At room level, the place looked like a student block, scuff marks on some of the doors, a long walk to the room. The room itself was unusual but ok, lounge then kitchen then bathroom then bedroom arranged sequentially along an external window with excellent views of the neighbouring car park. Wherever we went, doors, lifts, whatever, there were 2 rfid pads, difficult to work out which one was correct, nothing clear. On exiting the car park on departure, problems again opening the door. A person who appeared to be a permanent guest helped us out by waving a remote at the door and advising we needed to be closer. Great tip! Other than that, it was a great location.

Overall the stay was great, good facilities & good location.
For the price we were a little surprised with the additional $40 per night for parking when there was no mention that parking would be at an additional cost.
Rooms were lovely & clean but the furniture was quite worn & damaged.

Work Family balance, done well
Business trip with family, super comfortable apartment style room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Comfy couch, perfect table for dinner and spreading out documents for work. Separate rooms so children can sleep while the parents keep working, perfect arrangement. 25 m pool for those who need to fit in a few laps and a well equipped Gym to make up for screen time. To that, add that it was quiet enough to get a great sleep and with a view of the harbour from the terrace, felt like a home away from home. Thanks :).

Great location. However, toilet roll holder in bathroom was NOT EASY to access. There was NO facewasher in bathroom which is a must for females and the remote in bedroom didn’t work. Other than that, the location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The stay was good except for the check in process as they tried to charge me a second time for the room on arrival. Being that i booked the room weeks ago i couldnt remember if i had paid and almost paid again .it would seem that communication between the booking site and the sebel needs to improve .
Aside from this it was a relatively good experience

Location is excellent, however, we booked 1 night and another 2 nights the following week (all booked before we arrived in Melbourne) and realised immediately that the rooms were run down. Needs painting etc. 1st night room the tv remote didn’t work in the bedroom, you can’t get toilet roll with ease as it is tucked in behind you on the left hand side of the basin, no face washer supplied, no milk and no English Breakfast Tea Bags. Following week 2 nights same room 1 floor above, tv didn’t work at all in bedroom, reported to reception and advised he would send someone up to fix problem, waited for couple of hours, no one showed up, went back to reception and spoke to same man and he said he will get someone to call our room in a few minutes. Never heard from anyone, and all the same problems from the 1st night. We paid good money for a 1 bedroom apartment (king size) with a tv in bedroom and it was broken and they didn’t careless. Other than that the lady on both occasions who we checked in with was lovely and courteous.
