"Staff were friendly. However, the building turned the ac off for the entire hotel following complaints from a few guests of being cold one day due to the weather. When asked about this, they said they can't turn on ac in select rooms, and instead gave us a fan for our room. Additionally housekeeping only came the first day of our 5 day stay. "

"The hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious. However, upon check-in, the television was on with the Langham introduction addressing me as Mr. despite my booking being for a female guest. This was an unacceptable oversight. I lodged a complaint after the second night and the issue was rectified. Apart from the hotel, the pool was underwhelming and was also very crowded. The highlight was the room and the attractive entrance decorated for Easter."

"Breakfast banquet was lovely. Plenty of variety. Fresh and pleasant surrounds. Staff were helpful and informative. Bathroom products excellent. A welcome card and treat was in our room as we were celebrating a very special occasion. "

Buffet breakfast had a good selection available and the chef was friendly and also happy to also cook omelette for guests if requested. The lifts are painfully slow even though there are 2 banks of lifts - it’s like it needs to power on each time you press the button. "
