The room is adequate and clean on our arrival. The receptionist was not friendly when we arrived. The complimentary buffet breakfast is amazing. The cleanliness in the room can be improved. The hotel is located very close to skybus, southern cross station and walk to supermarkets and restaurants.

Do not use the Hang tag to indicate you need housekeeping. Any tag on the door is interpreted as Do Not Disturb. They don’t bother to read them. Shower drain in both rooms we experienced during our 2 stays were very slow! Staff has been accommodating but housekeeping spotty. Can’t eat runny scrambled eggs!!! Get a high floor.

I often go there and I like the hotel only this time upon arrival the reception didn’t open the door for me, I had to wait outside maybe 6 min in the cold and around midnight for a guest who had the door tag to let me in, got to the reception no one was there had to wait another 3 min for someone to welcome me. Clearly it was not my lucky night but apart from that it’s a very nice hotel I do recommend it.

Really nice new and modern hotel which is in a good location. The room was nice however the bathroom design is terrible. The bathroom is all glass (it's etched so you can't see in) however when someone turns on the bathroom lights at night the whole room is lit up such a poor design
